General
1.1 We sell wellness products primarily aimed at supporting women during their menstrual cycle and also products for men in managing hygiene and mental health.
1.2 All products are securely packaged in a custom designed box and dispatched as quickly and as humanly as possible.

1.3 By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

1.4 By Subscribing to us, you acknowledge these terms of service, as well as the monthly payments to our products which will be automatically distributed out to you.
Orders and Payments
2.1 Orders can be placed online via our e-commerce website Blobs&Roses.
2.2 All prices are displayed in GBP (Great British Pounds) (£) and include applicable VAT, unless stated through special promotions or otherwise.
2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
2.4 Shipping costs are your responsibility, unless stated through special promotions or otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2.5 Import costs may occur for some in certain locations. This is the buyers responsibility to cover said costs.
Delivery
3.1 We aim to dispatch orders the same, or following, business day. This will depend on the time that you place your order and the time of the Post Office being open.
3.2 Delivery times may vary based on location, demand, and external conditions. However your goods will arrive within 2-3 business days under signed & tracked services with The Royal Mail.
3.3 We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by protests, wars, wildlife interference, natural disasters, pandemics, courier issues, or other events beyond our control.

3.5 If there are any delays in posting your goods due to personal matters, then announcement banners will be created in red across the top of the website stating how long the delay will be or until further notice.
Returns and Refunds
4.1 Due to the personal nature of our wellness products, returns are only accepted for damaged/crushed but unopened boxes or if the buyer has changed their mind within the 14 day returns policy terms from their day of purchase.
4.2 Any issues must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.

4.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method, once we've received the goods back.
4.4 Exporting costs may occur for some in certain locations. This it the buyers responsibility to cover said costs.

5.1 All content on this website including text, images, product designs, branding, logos and packaging is the property of Brandi Kay and is protected by UK copyright and intellectual property laws.
5.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, implemented into AI or used in any other form without our exclusive written consent.

Limitation of Liability
7.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
7.2 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or products in question.
7.3 We shall also not be liable for skin irritations, allergies, hair loss or anything to that nature as well as a phenomenal occurrence of death. It is down to the individual buyer to test on a small area first if they have concerns of such irritations.
Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and any dispute or disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
